Exchanges, returns and warranties
Refund policy
MotoBike365 is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our shipping partners. Please keep the original label and packaging in case you need to provide proof to the shipping company.
Claims related to shipments, whether for missing or damaged products during transport, may be made within 15 days of receiving the shipment.
Exchange and return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days* from the delivery date to exchange or return it. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and completely new (original factory product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/removed labels, and/or reprinted.
*During the Christmas period, we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases made from November 20th onwards.
The refund will be issued for the product price only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, any returns that incur customs fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund to the same card you used for the purchase, or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer, please include a note inside the package with your bank account number so we can process the refund.
Do not use the product packaging directly. First, wrap the product in a bag or paper, or if unavailable, a box or shipping bag. Do not glue, label, or tape the original product packaging. If returning a fragile product, wrap and protect it as much as possible to prevent damage.

Returns from Spain via a delivery point cost €7
Returns from Spain via home collection cost €10

PROCESS EXCHANGE OR RETURN
International
To process an exchange or return for an international purchase and/or one shipped to the Canary Islands, you must contact us by email with your order reference at info@motobike365.com. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not process the exchange or return until we receive the package.
In the case of an international shipment, if you wish to refuse the package for any reason, the total cost of shipping (charge to the transport company plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the customs cost, will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty
The warranty period is subject to each brand's policy.
The processing and handling times for returning a product covered by a warranty depend on the brand.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.
The warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear from normal use.
To process the warranty, follow the steps on the platform. Once we receive the request, we will forward it to the brand and contact you when we have any updates.
